Creamery — Restaurant in Ravenna

Terrible experience at The Creamery during The Junk Jaunt. They were so backed up on orders that we waited almost an hour for our food—with a very reduced, simple menu (and very average, when we finally got it). They didn’t tell people that it would be that long and the staff was maybe the least hospitable staff I’ve encountered. After waiting an hour, we got the incorrect food. The woman’s response to me was, “Well, it’s gonna be awhile.” When my husband went to tell her he would just eat what they had made instead of what he had ordered, she said, “Well, it’s too late now!” Then as we tried to clear the table the same woman barked, “Just leave it!” Multiple customers complained about the wait and asked for refunds while we were there. Again… simple menu. Having catered in the past, I can say that we would have been able to get burgers and parry melts out for that number of customers much faster. I would not have cared about the food quality that much, but abominable service and barking at customers when they’ve waited that long AND been patient? Unacceptable. Was expecting small town hospitality and it did not deliver. I will go out of my way to NOT eat here again. If you want good food and good service, you should go out of your way not to...

To be completely honest, I thought I'd try it because I really wanted a cheeseburger. But after my experience, I will not go back. The lady cooking was not wearing gloves and I saw her on her phone, touching it and everything else and making my food. She also wiped sweat off her forehead while cooking, again not wearing gloves...... It grossed me out completely. The place isn't clean either and I really think the prices don't match the food you...

Very cool little spot with awesome decor. Very reminiscent of old timey soda shop. No handicapped accessible restroom which is a shame in 2021. I ordered a double cheese burger and fries. Got a huge pile of delicious perfect crinkle cut fries and an impressive looking burger. The burger itself turned out to be pretty bland just a bit above a gas station burger but still I will for sure go back and try...
