Went out for a family dinner, my wife and I ordered the St. Louis BBQ Ribs, Mac & Cheese, Smoked Brisket & Skins, Pub Burger, and a seasonal Butterbeer drink. The Butterbeer was sweet and had fresh cream on top, trying to mix it together would make it overflow, so you mostly got the flavors of alcohol, we certainly didn't mind. The Smoked Brisket & Skins were good, I wished they had a bit better ratio of potato to toppings but would definitely order them again. My mother-in-law ordered the French Onion Soup, which her and my wife agreed it was fantastic and definitely worth getting again if they returned. The St. Louis BBQ Ribs were cooked well, fell right off the bone tender, but the dipping sauce left something to be desired, we ended up taking them home and doctoring them a bit with homemade sauce and they were much more to our tastes then. That said the Mac & Cheese was good, a nice cheese flavor and a welcome change with noodle shape, it held the cheese well so each bite had a nice coating on them. The Pub Burger was by far the best of what we ordered just because it was a good, unoffensive burger. It had plenty of flavor and thick crispy bacon. Overall it was a good experience but the drive and price makes it that we won't stop back again unless we were in the area.

Have been wanting to try this place for quite awhile. I was a bit hesitant since a lot of reviews say the service is slow but the food is typically good. Mind you we went on a Thursday about 4 pm or so, so keep that in mind. We were greeted immediately and I asked to be seated on the patio, no problems there. We had a table for 4 with an umbrella. Nice patio area with some extra Adirondack chairs for chilling out. Our waiter came out right away and got our drink orders, he then returned and we ordered the fried pickles for an app. It came out quickly and they were super fresh and delicious. My daughter ordered the brisket potato skins as her main with a side of Mac n cheese. My wife and I ordered the bone in ribeye, medium rare and that is how they arrived. My mashed potatoes were good as well as the coleslaw and tater tots. My son got the French dip sandwich and he likes it very much. Overall we had a great experience and the waiter was very attentive without being over bearing. Everyone enjoyed the food and the patio and there were additional items on the menu that we plan to try on our next visit

Everything about this place was STELLAR. We had a big group of 20ish people (7 of which were kids under 6yo) and we called about 10mins ahead of time to let them know we were coming. They had no problem accommodating us and our tables were ready when we walked in. Staff was KIND, PATIENT, and ATTENTIVE. The food was mouth-watering good. Everything was hot and very well flavored. I got the pub burger with a side of green beans and oh my goodness, they both exceeded all expectations. The kids Mac and cheese was the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had from a restaurant. Even my son said “it was soooo gooood!” and it’s rare to get that kind of a reaction from him! Chicken tenders were also delicious and fries were that crispy golden scrumptious. I heard no complaints from anyone else in our group about their food either! Sorry for no photos of food—it was a chaotic but fun time and I was hungry! We will definitely be back!! Bonus that most if not all their food is locally sourced!!!!

If you like food poisoning or hair in your food this place is for you! “Their food used to be great””

The Bad - I’ve eaten here multiple times anytime I get the chicken sandwich or an order of wings they are either way under cooked or frozen on the inside. I am not the only one, there are a lot of people who unfortunately feel sick after eating their food! I do know from a personal source that they leave their uncooked food out of the fridge for way too long throughout the day, also that the the cooks do “NOT” wear hair nets.

Their new management lacks the professionalism standards to handle conflict or confrontation of the establishments employees, as well as their customers and they lack the experience to see their employees potential.

The Good- The servers are great, the drinks are great the updated atmosphere is really cool, the bands and events they host are lots of fun!

That old boring country music that plays all day on a loop though makes the place a real drag! Music & Good but reasonably priced food is the most important part of an atmosphere it goes hand in hand!

Last but not least.. What kind of restaurant doesn’t have an entree menu!? Keep your small menu but at least add 3-5 dinner entrees (Fish & Chips, Marinated chicken, Ribeye, Shrimp Basket) something..

Oh and

$14 for a 4 corner “eh” pizza are you high?

Go to Hamlin Pub on a Thursday 1/2 off pizza 1/2 off toppings and enjoy an “Extra Large with 4 toppings for $12 and their pizza is “amazing”

Who decided it was a good idea to quit breading the wings or change the amazing simple nachos that were known to be the best around?? - stupid

“Great Servers and Bartenders! Great place to stop and grab a drink.

I hope they can turn the place around because even the customers or regulars that don’t come in anymore are noticing everything I just mentioned. Good luck to the restaurant and establishment you won’t see me unless they hire the original cooks and the previous manager that turned the place...

Although the food was good and the manager was nice, my husband and I were disappointed with our first time here. We waited to be seated for about 35 minutes (which we expected and were not upset about). However once we got to our table, the waitress didn’t come to serve us drinks until 10 minutes later (mind you this is after the manager came over and apologized that we hadn’t been served yet). Then we ordered our drinks, appetizer, and meals all at the same time. So, tell me how it makes sense that our appetizer came out in 15 minutes but our meals took an hour after we got our appetizer. Portion sizes are very small for both the meat and the sides. The filet, despite being $35, was a little smaller than a tennis ball, and the vegetable side was about 5-6 small beet cubes. The manager approached us more times than the waitress did. Then when I asked for box, primarily because I was sick of sitting at this noisy place for over 2 hours at this point, the waitress took almost another 10 minutes to grab our box and check. If portion sizes were reasonable and staff had better training, we may...
