PR Craft Provisions is nothing short of exceptional. The crust on their pastries rivals the finest French patisseries — perfectly flaky, buttery, and expertly made. The egg sandwich is a standout: two generous eggs paired flawlessly with rich cheese and crisp bacon, creating the ultimate breakfast indulgence.

Their donuts are so good they sell out quickly — and for good reason. As for the bagels, they’re worth buying in bulk. We slice and freeze them so we can enjoy that perfect chew and flavor all week long.

Peter, the proprietor, is a true magician in the kitchen. His quiche is as rich and satisfying as anything you’d find in a European café. Every bite from PR Craft Provisions reflects care, talent, and a love of the craft.

On my first visit at PR craft provisions I spied a delicate apple cranberry turnover with fresh fruit baked in the center. There were hand crafted donuts as well. I couldn’t resist the turnover and I was not disappointed. I ordered the breakfast sandwich which was served on a sourdough English muffin grilled with a buttery crispness, the egg cooked perfectly and a smoky cheddar cheese. I omitted the offering of a fennel sausage in my pescatarian ways. I also took home some fresh sourdough bagels. There were several chocolate offerings which I passed on this visit all made by Peter and beautifully packaged. What a gem at the top of the Raymond Cape Road!...

We discovered this gem about a month ago. I’ve lost count of how many bagels we’ve had- they are absolutely delicious. We have tried a lot of bagels around Maine and no one, absolutely no one, comes close to PR Craft bagels!

The donuts and other assorted pastries are equally as tasty. Every time we try something new it’s our new favorite. The handcrafted chocolates are gorgeous and super yummy, with creative flavor combinations that work perfectly.
