Manantial Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Red Boiling Springs

I found a long hair in my refried beans you know they garnish it with a little bit of white cheese on top of the refried beans well I went to take me a bite of the cheese and refried beans and i got it in my mouth and next thing I know of I was feeling a hair on my lip I pulled at the hair and it came out of my mouth stuck in the cheese I gagged I almost threw up all they done was take 3.oo off our meal I dont believe in my heart they did enough I really don't like the service. we were rushed at eating our meal they swept the floor right were we were sitting and trying to eat dinner that made me feel like I was eating dust on my food from them sweeping...

I have been very satisfied with the service and food on previous visits so I am trying to chalk this one up as a fluke...our waitress was wonderful but the food not so much..we got fish and French fries...the fish was good but I have had better but the French fries were black and mostly inedible...I would not have sent them out if I was the cook...my main complaint is the "salad bar"...it is right in the walkway between rooms and has NO cover (sneeze guard) over it and everybody walking right by it...I can't believe a health inspector would even pass that...probably full of hair from everyone...

SO we moved here back in June, and I was so excited there was a mexican restaurant down the road. Went in and ate and it was great. No complaints. Well we usually do to go orders and EVERYTIME I have an issue. Chips are stale! Chicken literally is so chewy it's like chewing on rubber. Really disappointed 😕 beef enchilada really doesn't taste well either. My husband and kids love it, they order diff stuff than I do. Everyone is friendly that works there though. Maybe it's just me having an issue with the texture of it. Just used to different...
