This was an unexpected find on our trek across Interstate 80. The service was great - friendly and attentive. The food was surprisingly good - the steak was perfectly seasoned and came medium rare as requested. The fried shrimp basket brought back memories of beach boardwalks in all the best ways. Service was very friendly and they kept our drinks full. Everything was Luke warm at best. Soup was cold. We both got open face sandwiches and masked potatoes. Both things were not hot and packed flavor. The salad was actually good. The price was 55 for both of us which for the area, wasn't worth it in my opinion. I called to make reservations for a family dinner and received a warm and enthusiastic response, asking if we had any special requests.
