Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Redding

My boyfriend and i were already having a bad week/ night as we had to drive out of town because of personal family related and didnt get back into town tell super super late and both of us havent eaten an decided to stop by jack in the box since it was the closest to home and yes it was 10min tell 4am which this jack in the box closes an we were gonna be simple an quick but the gentleman who took our order was way out of line with how he spoke to us an then once we got to the window was even worse an treated us with such disrespect an lied to us multiple times luckly the guy who im assuming was an assistant manager ( had a tattoo on his hand) stepped in n was very polite an helped us but the other gentleman i think name was anthony should understand we didnt come threw to make his fast food job so difficult an shouldnt work in any customer service job if he isnt able to handle people or have consideration of others an what there possibly going threw instead of just thinking we were being rude by showing up...

Had to use drive thru again for a friend but THEY ACTUALLY HAVE A TIPS WELCOME SIGN!!!! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL UPDATE FEB 2025....THIS PLACE WAS DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY AND THR KITCHEN FLOOR WHAT A HAZZARD WITH FOOD A GARBAGE ALL OVER FLOOR! THRY HAY BLACK CONTAINERS OF OLD FOOD ON SHELFS IN KITCHEN YOU COULD ACTUALLY SEE!! THRY BATHROOMS WERE ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. GARBAGE CAN WAS ALMOST OVER FLOWING AND THERE WAS 3 WORKERS THERE AND NO OTHER CUSTOMERS BUT US WHILE I SEEN WORK VISIT OR SIT AT TABLES TALKING DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO BETTER THERE WORK ENVIRONMENT Fries were not warm even and also my coffee I ordered I mentioned creamer and sugar and was Gabe none I thought they put it in like McDonald's but they took my order and didn't even mention that they do not add to that they give it to u on the side so I drove off with disgusting black coffee and was stuck drinking! I went here and ordered an extreme sausage the old over weight Lady at the window was very rude I ordered one thing she somehow messed up my order didn’t give me any napkins she lied to me about who the manager was she was dirty and wasent wearing gloves while handling my food this was by far the worst experience yet and every time I go there when that lady works it’s the same thing there is a couple nice people that work there but she is not one them she needs to be fired immediately if not sooner and when I call they don’t answer the phone and when they do that same lady hangs up on me cause she’s scared of losing her job I’m sick of their customer service and how unsanitary they are I will be complaining to the corporate office this woman needs to be fired when she opens the window I shouldn’t be able to smell her b.o. and see her dirty hands without gloves I’m...
