Sweet Treasures Custom Cakes — Restaurant in Redding

Vanessa was very responsive until...- of course my luck - i have questions about the cake that was delivered. Sweet 15 cake was dropped off at 6p. Party did not start until 7p. Got there at 715-730 and the cake was at a complete curve and looked like it was about to collapse. I texted Vanessa with my concerns and she asked if the cake was out for too long unrefrigerated or if someone tryed to move it and she sent a picture from when she left the cake. Cake was in the exact same position as when she left it according her pic and cakes are I meant to be displayed for a couple of hours at least but it wasnt even 2 hrs !! When i mentioned to her that her cake picture (from when the cake was dropped off) , looked unleveled at the base and had a bit of a slant already, she stopped replying to me! I regret tipping her well !! I am not a cake expert but the base looked too small to support the rest of the tiers and if she thought the cake needed to be refrigerated she should have done so....

How and where do I begin? My immediate is Hispanic, who loves their tres leches cake and would stick to that only, they were so against me getting a fondant cake for my sons party to the point I question what to do so many times I wanted a pretty cake but I wanted a nice taste to it, Vanessa promise it so many times and I’m an idiot for even doubting her, everyone in my party LOVED the look and taste, a lot of people kept asking me where did I get from and how delicious it was. I have ordered two cakes with Vanessa so far, and I will continue to do so in the future. She has done a fantastic job with everything I have asked for. She has extreme talent and attention to detail! One cake was for my husband‘s birthday, and he was all over it. It couldn’t have come out better, and the other was for a military promotion. On both occasions, I had many Individuals raving about how great the cakes were, and I got many questions asking who it was made by.
