I go to this Subway all the time and it’s usually pretty good. However, I past two times have been rather disappointing, both with quality and customer service. This visit in particular, the employee had AirPods in (which normally I don’t care about, assuming you can still hear me) and ended up making me repeat myself multiple times and ultimately got the order wrong. By that point I was frustrated because she clearly wasn’t listening and just let it be. I’m all for people listening to music at work but each time she looked at me as if I was being too quiet and as if I was inconveniencing her by having to repeat what I wanted. I was initially going to order more items but after the negative interaction, I really wasn’t interested in going through the same ordeal with her over again. She also got on her phone while wrapping my sandwich/ringing my order up which just contributed to the all around bad service.
Update: There have been two occasions now where my order has been cancelled in the app. It provides zero information about how long a refund takes and the manager at the location is incapable of giving any answers. Their system seems to glitch and they can give no information on how it will be fixed. It’s unacceptable that their app can charge money, cancel an order, and then give no clear information on the refund process. If it’s so unreliable, they shouldn’t be accepting online orders at all. I also don’t know how a manger doesn’t know the average length of time a refund takes…pretty straightforward question for an app that glitches...
Read moreThe only thing that made this visit worth it was the slim black chick whom made my sub. She was very nice, patient and had a warm feeling aura when she helped me. She was really helpful and I didn't get a feeling of her being annoyed or agitated.
Then the Indian looking owners or whoever they were came out from the back. I notice when she started making subs she didn't wash her hands....but she already had gloves on. No one knows where those hands have been since she came from the back....where customers can't see....with the gloves already on. The slim black chick finished up the customer in front of me......took her gloves off......helped her at the register.......then when she finished handling the money...washed her hands and put on new gloves.
If you go to this Subway and the little Indian looking ladies are preparing your food.......either leave, ask someone else to prepare your food for you......or guide her along the way on proper food...
Read moreI would give it a 0 if I could! Placed a order online, 2 of the 3 sandwiches were incorrect. Called, he said come back in, I'll remake them. Went back, with untouched sandwiches and they would not remake them, said it was my fault as to how it was ordered. We would not eat them as made! So, I said ok, I'll pay for 2 more. Instead of ringing me up, I had to reorder online, really? Then the woman making the sandwiches was just throwing the items on the sandwich and she just had an attitude. When she tossed the sandwiches that I've now paid twice for, I said "you know what, I wont come back here'. She said really snooty "you placed the order". Who acts like that?
