Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Redlands

Updated: 12.09.23 I ordered my pizza here again after a long year. Ordered my pizza and order wait time is 1hr in the apps. I ordered one thin crust pepperoni and stuffed crazy crust with seasoned beef & pineapple. Well well, waited for 1 hr to get the pizza. Grabbed the pizza, I stopped by the store to get soda, got home opened the pizza box and looked what I found inside the pizza box. 1 thin crust pepperoni and 1 stuffed crazy crust pepperoni. Who would have thought the orders are wrong again. No more chances for this place. I called 4x to complain. 1x = 8 mins and no answers. 2x no answers. 3x no answers. I was so upset. So I drove back, took 1 pizza with me while calling them for the 4x. 4x no answer after 5 mins. Someone answered and put me on hold while driving towards the store. Got to the store cashier, returned the pizza, I hanged the phone was still on hold and asked for refund asap. Ridiculous place to be ordering pizza. Never again.

Updated 01.29.22 My friend order some pizza for the night through online. Payment was accepted and pizza should be ready by 6:45PM. I told my friend I'll pick it up. I arrived at the place to pick up the pizza by 7:07PM the place was closed. It's says that they are open until 8PM. Also, there were 4 people about to pick up the pizzas they ordered. Guess what they have to walk away and leave because the place is closed. What kind a pizza business is this. This pizza place need to be closed. This location has no regards of its customers at all. If I can just give ZERO star. I told my friend to stop ordering his pizza in this location. Unprofessional. Waited too long for the pizza. Everytime, I order for pick up in this location. The pizza that I ordered always not on time of what the time indicated. Also, what is the purpose of the code number if the pizza are not inside those slot to pick it up quicker. Very poor service at this location, seems to be running on a skeleton crew. Have been here on two separate occasions with the same outcome! Placed an order for a pizza and bread stick online and choose a pick up time 45 minutes in advanced. Show up and no one is at the front counter but I can see people working in the back.(casually, not hustling) Couple minutes go by and young kid comes out asking how he can help. Explain that we have a online order and if it close to being done yet? He responds with “another ten minutes and it should be done”. I ask if it’s at least cooking? Turns out the pizza hasn’t been cooked yet! This is what happened the first visit here and every time I would ask for updates on the order they would just say another 10 min! That happened about 3-4 times! After waiting over half an hour the order finally came out.. what an inconvenience! So this second go around with the online order we decided to get a refund as soon as we learned the pizza wasn’t even being cooked!(was not going through that again) Have been going to various Little Cesar’s throughout the years and this particular location has been the worst! I ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza. I ordered it hours ago to be ready to be picked up at 4:45. My pizza was not ready until five then when I opened the box to look at it, it was like someone smashed the top part of the box on the pizza so the cheese was stuck to the top and whoever cut the pizza was supposed to cut it in squares And they just cut it. However, they felt kinda look just like a puzzle. The service was not good. I told the person at the register if I could have a new one he called someone else she gave me. Dirty looks grabbed the pizza and said I have to wait 10 minutes. I said that’s perfectly fine. I came back and they gave me the exact same pizza again. I do not recommend this place go to a different location. The staff that works there should not be working there if you can’t deal with customers and do your job right why would you work at such a place? Not to mention, they also just threw my pineapples in one circle on my pizza
