Crystal, who handles the counter--making all the beverages, gathering the foodstuffs, ringing up all the charges--does it all lightening-fast. I have never experienced such a fast worker in all my coffee lines. Seems she's 4 places at once. Even better? She's got the best disposition, smiling the whole time, calling out terms of endearment (hi sweetie, what can I get ya, honey, etc), answering questions, making conversation, getting everything done so quickly and happily that you just have to feel better no matter what your situation is. ...

Up at the airport very early this morning, this is the only coffee available at the Redmond airport and the Barista is amazing! She has a line of at least 20 people at all times this morning and is managing to make drinks within a minute while still taking the next persons order and ringing them up. Greeting everyone with “honey” or “love” and asking people where they are headed. I’ve never seen someone kick so much butt this early in the morning!...

The barista is an absolute ray of sunshine. I travel frequently for work and he is always there to make me a coffee with a smile on his face, one of the most friendly people I have encountered.
