Air is filled with so much cigarette smoke you can barely breathe. Parking lot has so many potholes Technology is so old that you can't even call them on the phone or pay with a debit card half the time. Bartender made a vague threat that if I didn't tip her on my takeout order she'd do something to the food, claimed it was because she only got paid $8 an hour. The fish sandwich is great! The wings are really good and meaty. Beer is cheap and the atmosphere is nice. Pool, music, plenty of private tables. Onion rings look a bit over done but tasted great.
