Tried this little breakfast spot the other day and honestly, it was way better than I expected. You know how some local places just feel right when you walk in? This one definitely had that vibe — cozy, laid-back, nothing fancy but clean and inviting.
I ordered the classic eggs, bacon, and hash browns, and everything came out hot and fresh. The eggs were fluffy (not dry like some places), the bacon was crispy just the way I like it, and the hash browns had a perfect golden crunch on the outside without being oily. Portions were generous, but not over the top.
Coffee was surprisingly good too — bold and fresh, not the sad watery stuff you sometimes get at diners. And the best part? Free refills. The staff was super friendly, checking in just enough without hovering. You could tell they actually cared if you were happy with your meal.
Prices felt fair for what you get — not dirt cheap but totally worth it for the quality and vibe. Only tiny downside: it can get a little busy late morning, so there was a short wait — but nothing crazy.

Read moreIf you want good old fashioned dining with emphasis on good food, this is the place. We went for breakfast and I had the western omelet which was no frills but very tasty. Our server was quick, accurate, and not overbearing. Honestly she was perfect, available but you didn't feel watched like in some newer service styles. Some things to note, it's going to be busy. There's not tons of seating and no waiting room. So if there's no tables available you'll probably have to wait outside. There's tables, booths, and some (8 I think) seats at the diner style bar. It was seat yourself, first come first serve. Not sure if it's that way all the time but it seemed normal. Another thing, the breakdast menu is pretty simple but has all the basics. Eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, omelets, etc. I didn't see any skillet style dishes, waffles, or biscuits and gravy. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food. I will go back when I'm...
Read moreWe ordered breakfast on Sunday, June 4th. My partner ordered a simple breakfast of eggs and toast. I ordered pancakes. We sat there for 45 MINUTES! When we said something to our waitress, she got real snotty, when we pointed out that customers who came in after us, we’re getting their breakfast in five minutes. She said their breakfast was easier, so the cooks made theirs first! How hard is it to scramble a couple eggs, toast and a pancake?!!!!! 45 MINUTES!!!!! And then she gets mad at us for saying something!!!! Better train your servers better! They are awful!!!! Last time I’m ever going in there, and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears my story. By the way, I was a waitress for 30 years, and would NEVER speak to my customers the way she spoke to us!!! I know what probably happened is she forgot to put our order...
