Pizza was great, but we had a very bad experience. We have been loyal customers for years, loving the food and never having a bad meal. Tonight we got delivery, which we do every so often. The delivery guy we had on 7/22/21 was not up to par with our previous experiences. He came up to the door, pleasant, then put the bag with the food on the ground. This surprised me during the time of COVID, very unsanitary. He handed be food items one by one not looking up from being bent down on the ground getting food. He proceeded to wait for the money and not give me a price. I gave him what I thought was the right price and he left. He then came back to the door saying “she didn’t give me enough money and she didn’t tip me.” He never gave me the price, and yes I mistakened how much it was because I wasn’t told. We proceeded to take back the money and ask how much it was and get more money. He was very rude in the exchange and we decided to give a small tip, still something. He then looked at the money and exclaimed, “still no tip?” When we said keep the change of the order. He proceeded to complain that he had to drive 10 minutes to our house (which is his job as a delivery person) and yell and us in the doorway for giving a small tip. He went back and forth with us, arguing in the doorway of our family home. We then gave him a few more dollars and he took and left. Gave us a very bad feeling and mood afterwards, making us uncomfortable and not wanting to order delivery again. Very upsetting for a great business we’ve never had a problem with.    Read moreJust ordered from Rehoboth House and order came to $80. Told them when we ordered we are paying in cash. Driver shows up and does it bring any change. So I said I only had a total of $80 or a $100 bill. I choose to pay him $7 tip in cash out of the $80 and said we will pay the bill over the phone with a card. But he should have brought at least a $10 bill for change. Called to pay and the lady that runs the place just swore at me when calling them saying I didn’t tell them I was paying in cash and that we are rude for making them go through this. Unsure as to where we went wrong, as long time customers with them, you can tell these are brand new owners and running a horrible business. She degraded me saying I should make my own F’ing food and never call them again. I agreed with her. All for me asking her why would they send a driver out with any change. can not believe they berate me for simply paying for my food. They knew when the food was being delivered that it was not paid for, as the driver showed up asking for payment. He then proceeded to tell me we would have to call in payment with credit card.    Read moreI’m not sure if I should have lower expectations coming from Providence and apparently way higher quality of pizza. We moved recently to Seekonk and honestly we tried twice this place bc we thought the first time maybe it was a fluke but nope. We ordered food from another location bc my wife could not eat anymore and I’m not picky so I still finished most of it that’s the only reason I gave it 2 stars bc I ate it since I think it’s a sin to throw food away. The baby was not happy eating it either and what kid says no to pizza. So what was wrong with it flavor not good, price for large $16 and it looked like thin crust of nothingness it was like I never ordered large I guess they are trying to increase there profits. And the pizza was very dry. I hope they improve on it I really hate giving...
