Bojangles — Restaurant in Reidsville

This was my very first visit to Bojangles, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly attitudes from the staff, which immediately made me feel welcome. The store itself was extremely clean and well-maintained, which is always a great first impression when trying out a new restaurant.

I was impressed by how organized everything was, from the counter area to the seating. The environment was inviting, and the service was both quick and efficient. Even though it was my first time, I felt completely comfortable ordering and asking questions.

Now, let’s talk about the food—absolutely amazing! Everything I ordered was hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. The chicken was juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the sides were just as delicious. I was also surprised by how many menu options there were. Whether you're in the mood for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there’s something for everyone. It’s clear that Bojangles takes pride in offering quality food with great variety.

All in all, I had a fantastic experience. Great service, clean environment, and amazing food. I’ll definitely be returning soon and recommending Bojangles to...

While the food may be fine the attitudes of some of the employees is not acceptable. We just went through their drive thru and ordered several items. We were told we'd have to pull forward and wait for the bo-rounds to cook. Not a problem but when they came out they only brought half of our order. They handed the bags over and told us to have a good day. My daughter then had to get out and walk in to let them know we were missing 3 items. One employee caught an attitude with her like she was supposed to read their minds to know we needed to wait for 2 items to still be cooked. Not the item we were told we would have to wait on not to mention we were told to have a good day when they handed us the first bags. Sounded to me like they thought they were done with our order. Secondly, they didn't even fix 1 item. My daughter had to tell them we'd ordered it too. The employee that took our order was running her mouth... were thinking in reference to the item they didn't fix. We ordered it but apparently she missed that part. I wouldn't know as she didn't repeat the order back to us nor were we given a receipt showing what was ordered. Some attitudes need to be addressed at...

We ordered from door dash around 6:30. We called Bojangles and asked them not to cook the food until the driver arrived. They said, no problem. DD did not arrive until 7:35 then arrived here within 15-20 minutes. The food was inedible. It was soggy and cold. It sat out so long that all the ice in our drinks had melted and sweat so long the drink tray had disintegrated. This is unacceptable and if that wasn’t enough. We called the restaurant immediately. Whoever we spoke to admitted she was aware the food had sat and said we could call back the next day and speak to T! We called today. I cannot explain to you over text how rude she was. She argued with us, cut us off, and spoke over us. She straight up said, “Ma’am, this isn’t my problem!”! She also basically accused us of lying to get free food. As well as REFUSED TO GIVE US HER NAME!!!!! She said, “I don’t have a name, but I’m not T! The food could have made someone sick. We had to reheat it in our air fryer and it was still horrible. This issue is NOT on DD This is on Bojangles. DD did not cook/serve the food. That is on Bojangles. Please don’t give your hard earned money to this place...
