The hunger I had, mixed with the anticipation of trying this establishment, got me ready to try plenty of things!

I walked inside with my significant other and we were quickly helped. We were told to pick our table, so that was cool. We chose a table towards the back.

They definitely had a lot of options to choose from. I ordered a Diet Pepsi and a Scratch Made Soup to start with. The soup was chicken noodle and it came in a Bowl. We ended up choosing two items to share, since it was a hard decision. For the first, we chose from the 1/3 lb. Burgers list and went with Fenwick’s Finest. It came with Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion, Pickle. We got to choose the cheese, so we went with American. We had it cooked medium. It included Chips. For the second item, we chose from one of their Mouth-Watering Entrées. The 6 Oz. Filet was our choice. It was a Center-Cut Beef Filet and we had it cooked medium rare. It came with Choice Of 2 Sides. We chose Fries (Ranch) and Onion Rings.

The Diet Pepsi was awesome and came with free refills. The soup was alright, but not worth the price in my opinion. The burger was cooked nicely and was tasty with all of the toppings. The chips were a bag of Kettle Cooked Potato Chips Regular and they weren’t too bad. The filet was cooked great and tasted fresh. I wish it was bigger for the price, though. The fries were oddly my favorite item of the night. I couldn’t stop eating them, until they were gone of course. The onion rings were excellent. The batter brought the flavor alive!

I tried quite a few drinks throughout my visit. I tried a small Bravo 4 - Fenwick’s. This one was an APA. It was a smooth brew and a great start. I had a small Hub & Spoke - Fenwick’s. This one was an American Lite Lager. To me, it was very similar to the Bravo 4, but it had a healthy crisp to it. It was still enjoyable. I tried a small Bomber Blonde - Fenwick’s. This one was a Blonde Ale. It was definitely my least favorite drink. I gulped it down just to finish it. I wouldn’t drink it again. Besides those brews, I tried out a Whiskey Smash. It was made with Fenwick’s Wheat Whiskey. It was a hardcore drink in my opinion and it was blended very well to still expose the whiskey in each sip. I enjoyed it throughout my session here. For the last drink I tried, I went with a Lemon Drop. This one had Fenwick’s Vodka. I can’t say I love vodka, but this drink was rather smooth and provided a nice finish to the experience. This drink was tasty, but probably a one-time thing for me.

The server was fast and attentive. She refilled my Diet Pepsi before I could even finish it each time, so that was awesome. We didn’t have to wait too long for her to bring us anything.

Overall, this place sure did deliver a fantastic experience. Some of the items had too high of a price. I was still pleasantly impressed! If I’m in the area in the future, I might explore the menu a bit more.

Wow, what an outstanding dining experience! Our party of five started off with wings and fried green beans which were ample, delicious and perfectly prepared setting our expectations for a forthcoming meal of hopefully the same caliber. We were not disappointed! Each member of our group ordered a different menu item and the comments were consistently outstanding. Tender, perfectly seasoned brisket, enormous portions of flaky fish, burgers perfectly charred and chicken Alfredo with a creamy, rich sauce and juicy, flavorful chicken. Collectively we were all equally impressed with our dining experience and our friendly, attentive, efficient server. Major kudos to the talented chef and team of Fenwick Farms for proving Indiana can be on par with renowned dining in Tampa that our family experiences routinely. We look forward to visiting...

It was pretty good. It was my first time going and the food was delicious. Service was a little spotty. We sat at the bar. I wasn't impressed with caliber of service at all. But I had good company, good food. Empty glass most of the time. We prob would have stayed longer if the bartender was more engaged and gave better service. It was man, taller guy. He just didn't check on us much and he seemed distracted when we were ordering. I had to repeat myself a couple times. He was looking around instead of listening. And he gave the impression he was wanting me to hurrying along ordering. I mentioned it was my first visit. But he wasn't interested. I mean he wasn't terrible. Just less...

This is the second time we have stopped here. The restaurant has changed and expanded. It is more open and brighter. The menu has changed from what I remember. The food was still very good. We started with the Loaded Fries. My wife then had the Barbecue chicken salad and I had their Brewhouse dry rub wings. I also tried their Speirbhean Irish Red ale it was pairing with the wings. We were very happy we went back. The service was great. I would definitely recommend Fenwick Farms if you are any were near Rensselaer IN.

Murals + Fenwick make Rensselaer a winner! We went there to check out the murals on a weekend. This place was such a bonus find! The staff was cheerful and knowledgeable about their food and beverage choices, and local events. Our party tried the burger, grilled cheese sandwich and summer salad. All solid choices. The pretzel appetizer with dips was another surprisingly delicious item on the menu. They let you sit there and relax outdoors for as long as you like---such a delightful ambience.
