Rick's Pizza — Restaurant in Rensselaer

This is one of the best and most consistent pizzas you'll have. The menu is limited to pizzas and a few hot sandwiches, but they have tasted the same for the last 20 years that I've been eating.

Rick hand tosses every dough and always adds copious amounts of toppings, including cheese. I've only asked once for extra cheese, and felt that it was unnecessary.

Establishment is cash only, and usually everyone orders delivery, but Rick usually has an arcade machine or two to kill some time while your pizza cooks.

Rick has been a Rensselaer institution for a very long time...decades, in fact. There is NO better pizza, really, anywhere. The pizza is always hot and delicious - we recommend to everyone who stays in our Airbnb, and our guests rave that they'll have to come back to Rensselaer just for the pizza!
