Filling Station Coffee & Bistro — Restaurant in Renton

I've been anxiously awaiting the Filling Station's opening and so glad it finally happened! I'm new to this area and have been struggling to find my new local coffee spot but I think this place is it. Not only is the Filling Station aestically pleasing indoors and out, the coffee is delicious, and the breakfast sandwich I had was quite tasty. I forgot to snap a picture of my 16oz iced latte vanilla latte until it was almost gone because it was so enjoyable. I also appreciated that the barista asked me to taste it as soon as she made it to ensure she made it to my liking (she did). There's also a drive thru which will be very convenient in colder weather months. I'm looking forward to...

I love this coffee shop, the coffee is good, the prices are low & the girls are awesome! But they need to train a little better. Ordering a "Breve" means use half & half instead of milk so when ordering a flavored breve there should be no question on weather to use syrup or milk. I always order a coconut mocha breve and several times ive been asked and gotten coconut milk instead of coconut syrup. Ive had to pour out several drinks because i dint like how it tastes or the texture coconut milk adds to coffee. If they could get that right, they'd be 5 stars...

This place is a hidden gem (maybe due to the name) and should be full all the time(sadly not yet). I am genuinely surprised by how tasty the shrimp linguine dinner dish is. Fresh ingredients, balanced and delicious sauce for the linguine, the texture of the shrimps is just amazing - firm in a flavorful way, no fishy tastes. 5/5!

Chicken fajita tacos are also good, also fresh ingredients. I’ve been having food truck tacos, but this is just a different level. 4.5/5.
