Bair's All-American Sports Grill — Restaurant in Republic

Went out to lunch with my parents expecting the food and service to be good but it was far from it. There were only 3 customers in the restaurant from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. So they were not swamped with customers. It took the waitress 20-25 minutes to get our drinks and food ordered. Took another 30 minutes until our food arrived. We had our food for maybe 4ish minutes and the waitress came and asked if anyone needed a box. We didn’t even have time to taste the food before she came back asked if she could start taking our plates, when she asked that ALL of us were in the middle of eating our food. We told her no because we are obviously still eating. 5 minutes later she brings us the check and asked again if she can take our plates, We told her no we are STILL trying to eat what we ordered. After we were done eating she came and took our plates and ended up spilling French union dip on my dad’s shirt. She did not say she was sorry or asked if she could get him a napkin or anything. She just ignored that fact that she spill the dip on him. We were rushed the whole time we were there, our cups were empty the whole time and got one refill because we called her over to give us one. The food had NO flavor, and my dad’s burger was dryer than the Sahara Desert. Would not recommend them to anyone, they should do like the one in nixa and just shut down. I do not recommend. I place my order online and went to pick up my food at the estimated time that was provide on the confirmation. I went to the address on the confirmation, photo shows all the information. My order was the swiss and mushroom burger. I added veggies- sauteed onion, sauteed mushroom, and asked for the green pepper to be removed, if possible. My fiance ordered a blue cheese well done. Well as photos show, it was not. Mine was a veggie burger which I did not know I had selected. I thought the veggie- sauteed onion sauteed mushroom and sauteed green pepper, was a topping. I called and was informed that they could give me a replace. I was already upset for having to go to the west side of town due to the confirmation address that was given when really they were on the east side of town. I had my 8-month-old and my 5-year-old which do not do well in the car and we had to spend an extra 20 minutes in the car due to trying to find the location on the west side of town. The manager Garrett offered 3-15% off coupons for future purchases but would not redo our meals at a different date. This place is famous for their burgers, and while there burgers are quite good, it's their wings that keep me coming back. To me this place has the best wings in the area. Other popular wing joints like Buffalo Wild Wings and Wing Stop serve small dried out wings at high prices. Bair's wings are always of good size and are crispy on the outside while remaining juicy on the inside. They have 20 different wings sauces that range from your traditional buffalo and teriyaki sauces to the more exotic like their signature Grape Ape sauce. Their sauces are thick and coat the wings nicely. For 10.99 you get 10 wings (bone in or boneless) fries, carrots and celery sticks, and a dipping sauce.
