Great beer! We did a tasting of 4 beers before deciding on one of their IPA’s for a mini keg. Everyone at the function liked their IPA, even non IPA drinkers! Lately, a lot of the breweries we have been visiting gives me a headache even before I finish the pint, which has been so disappointing as I love beer. I truly appreciate finding a beer that has been brewed without cutting corners (resulting in no headaches). The taste is superior when done right, and it seems they are doing it right! I think Republic Brewery puts out some delicious beers. It is worth the stop. They even have a mug club and growlers to purchase and fill. Low key casual atmosphere. Great beer and great vibe. You can bring in food from the nearby restaurants which is a nice touch. The brewmaster here makes some consistent quality beer. The only gripe I have is they stopped serving me after six beers.... which is a little silly because I was there for five hours. I left around 10PM and I was stone cold sober. Even offered a few people a ride home lol. If you do go, pay cash so they're not keeping tabs on how many you've had. Great brewery for the whole family! The beers are excellent and the space is cozy. There games, ample seating inside and out, they serve several non-beer options and NA beer as well. If you’re hungry, grab a bite to eat next door or bring some snacks to pair with your beer(s). The price points are surprisingly low. Definitely a great stop to make during your time in Republic! Love the board games and shuffleboard too. We visited during the Propector Days Beer’d competition.
