We went to Bear World before stopping by here for lunch. The place is only open from 11 to 4 but it was well worth stopping. The cade is in a building dating back to 1907, the cafe has been there since the 1950s and the lady working there has probably owned it for a couple of decades.

Don't let the exterior fool you. If you're passing through and looking for a quick bite, pop on in! This spot is run by a sweet woman who chats with you as she's cooking your food. We got cheeseburgers with chips and sodas, and the burgers were better and even cheaper than the local fast food chain-joints (and I prefer supporting local family owned restaurants).
