B.C. Pizza Howard City — Restaurant in Reynolds Township

I'll start by saying that the food here is good. With that being said, the service leaves something to be desired and our last four orders have had errors. They weren't huge inconveniences so I haven't made a big deal but today angered me.

I placed an order for delivery at 2:40p for a large pizza, an order of boneless wings, and an order of traditional wings. The order said that it would be 95 minutes until it was delivered, which I was fine with. The delivery arrived at 4:05p. The pizza was delicious but I received two orders of traditional wings instead of one being boneless even though it was indicated correctly on my receipt. I called the restaurant to inform them of the error and request the correct item. The person I spoke to seemed to think I was being untruthful and requested that when the delivery driver brought my correct item that I give them the incorrect wings because they "just cannot give food away". When I asked how long until they would be delivered, he was unable to provide a time frame. I called the restaurant back at 5:08 and asked if there was an estimated time that the delivery driver would arrive. Before the young lady could answer, I could hear a man yelling in the background "Just tell them it's out for delivery!" I felt as though I was an inconvenience for wanting my correct items. The delivery driver arrived at 5:20 and was very polite. We frequent this establishment and have been disappointed with the experiences over the past few times. Hoping that this is not what we should expect for future visits or we may have to...

My experience:

Upon my delivery call,

I just ordered a Hawaiian pizza..the lady said they didnt have hawaiian pizza...i then asked the difference in price between a large and medium pizza with 3 toppings and she was unable to come up with an answer ...I proceeded to ask for a ranch and how much that ranch would be and she stated "75 cents, mabe a dollar"...i then order cheesy bread. I asked her if marinara came with the cheesy bread of which I would of course assume it does because im spending $11 dollars for bread with cheese on it and she stated it did not...i then wanted to re-confirm her previous answer regarding the marinara and she was persistant that my expensive(relatively speaking) bread covered in cheese did not come with a tomato sauce on the side. I hesitantly asked if she was sure and she advised me that she was confident...Then she put the cherry on top stating it would be delivered in a hour and a half. For almost 30 bucks....bread...cheese....a pinch of toppings...30 bucks and 1 and a half hours.

I understood there may have been underlying factors and hoped for a good pizza...I received a pizza with sauce, very little cheese and a pinch of pineapple... well dont let me under play it...3 pieces had a piece of ham on it.

I tried this pizza buffet once about 3 months ago and swore I wouldn't go back, but, time had passed and any business can have a bad day, so I tried it again today. My wife and I arrived at 1:10 pm, still 50 minutes left on the buffet. The salad bar was a mess and most item were empty including lettuce. There was no silverware except a couple soup spoons. The tray of the pop machine was overflowing onto the counter and the floor. When we brought this to the attention of the counter person, we only got glib responses and told that they were understaffed. He also stated that no more items would be brought out, because they would only have to take them back down once the buffet ended in about 45 minutes. About 15 minutes later they did bring out more items for the salad bar, but only because so many guests were complaining. When he opened the lettuce bag to dump it into the empty tray on the salad bar, he used his bare hands to scoop the salad out of the plastic bag and put it into the tray. I can only imagine the violations the health department would find in the kitchen. They will never get any of my money...
