Dairy Bear — Restaurant in Reynolds Township

Today may 15 I had ordered food here and they screwed up my order and put it in wrong and I had went to them @ 7 and showed them and they said they were remaking it as I ordered a wrap I got a grilled sandwich at 730 I had went back up to see what was going on as I still have yet to get my food or anything they told me they would get to me in a minute 745 went up again at this point I’m extremely mad as I’ve been waiting almost an hr and I have witnesses of what I orders and all and they wanted to say it was wrong they put order In right at 755 I was told they will not be making me new food or refunding me as it was made to the order I was heated and another costumer seen me and Heard what had happened and all and it took him making a call for them to give me atleast my refund and as the worker was making me sign the other workers were mocking me and laughing as they thought they got away with a huge mistake they made and new what they did...

Today 7-10-25 my wife ordered a blt the bacon was cold and rubbery you literally could of made a ball out of the bacon she took 4 bites peeled the bacon off took to the window and showed them they said that's how the bacon is suppose to look except it looked like roast beef to me and said they couldn't take it back so she brought back to the table we finished our cheese tots they called her back to the window they did give our money back for the sandwich which was good except they should of done it 5 minutes earlier without making her feel like she was in the wrong what a joke we've been going there for 23 years obviously not the same owners but this was our...

Horrible.. ordered food and a hot fudge sundae . Get the Hot fudge sunday right away as I am awaiting for food it's melting... food is done girl throws my food out the window calls my number and slams the window shut . I walk up there grab my food she opens the window and hands me my drink as pop is running down the sides of it and slams the window shut.. get home with a melted hot fudge sundae and a cup holder full of pop.. end up dropping drink in my driveway!!
