Arby's — Restaurant in Rialto

Ok. By far the worse Arby’s experience ever had. Wifey and I went here for lunch. Got there at about 12:30. Only 1 person in front of me. Took my order. Ordered protein style double burger for me and fish sandwich combo for wifey. After waiting 15 minutes for order the cashier made an announcement saying anyone in line at the time would have to wait an addl 15 minute before they can order. As it turned out the manager decided to go on break during lunch time and left only 2 employees. One to take orders and run the food and the other to prepare and cook the food. Waited another 15 minutes for our food. When we got it her fries were cold and instead of giving her a fish sandwich they gave her a protein style burger. And instead of me getting my double protein burger I also got a single protein style burger. The manager should have offered us a refund and made the order right. Instead she raised her voice at me and said how they were short handed. And when I continued to complain she threw my receipt at me and said she was just gonna issue a refund. We had a few words in between us then the general manager came from pilot and made our order right after 1 hour of ordering it. We still should have gotten a full refund. Please save yourselves the hassle!! If you’re not a trucker or even if you are a trucker don’t eat here!! The very next exit going east is Ayala off the 210. There is parking for cars and some parking for trucks. Has many selections they are better...

(Most recent) I stopped by to grab some hash browns since they were delicious on my first visit. Unfortunately, this time they fell a bit short and weren’t as crispy as before. However, I’ll be back to give them another try!

As a first-time customer at Arby's, I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't know they served breakfast; I always associated Arby's with their 'We have the meats!' slogan and expected sandwiches with lots of meat. The selection was a delightful surprise. The staff was very accommodating. I ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit but requested a croissant instead. The hash browns were the best I've ever had, and the price was reasonable. The meal includes a coffee, and since it's inside a Pilot Gas Station, you can grab a brew coffee from Pilot's coffee selection. I opted for the iced coffee. This was disappointing. I was excited to have an Arby's near by. Stopped in. Was immediately informed I would not be able to order a combo of any sort as they did not have cups. I proceeded to make a simple order of a beef and cheese sandwich. I asked for onion straws to be added. When I got my sandwich there was but a dash of cheese sauce in the very center of the bun and 2 pieces of onion straws of which I paid extra for. My fries were cold even though I had gone in and there were no customers before me. I ask for a side of cheese sauce while showing my disappointing bun and she said I would have to pay!
