Subway — Restaurant in Rice Lake

Went today to get a sandwich for lunch. Everything going well until I got to the veggie area. I ordered a little lettuce on my boss and lots of onions. The lady gave me some and I asked her for more and she says sorry they have just changed their policy due to the high costs and wasn't allowed any more. Very very upset and these were the only 2 veggies I took. Wondered what would have happened if I wanted one of every veggie! Maybe get one of each? Then she had the audacity to ask me if I needed anything else as I replied don't want to see you lose any more money with my order so no thank you. If you are limiting quantities on veggies then you need to post it in your store. I have NEVER BEEN TOLD THIS BEFORE but she said it's a new rule. I want an apology. I used to go to this subway all the time but will be switching to another subway and see if they tell me the same thing! ...

Moderately annoying location. After bringing a load to Cumberland from MO I figured getting a warm sandwich from subway would be nice before my 5 hour ride home. Saw this location was open until 10pm on 9/30/19. I walked in the door at 9:40pm, the gas station attendant verified they were open as I was walking through. The open sign was even still on. But guess what, the "sandwich artist" already had all of the food out of the chillers and turned me away. Maybe management will see this and get after it. Sorry that after my 15 hour day hauling the green beans your local economy thrives on I don't feel any sympathy for your late shift employee that opted to believe open till 10 means we start putting...

Great staff at this location was greeted and a professional one young lady helped an older person in front of me and was very patient especially because of the new menu.

The young lady you made my sandwiches for myself and my two boys did an excellent job and pass it off to the finisher the only thing is guys find a way to get some new squirt bottles I don't think I've gone into a Subway that I have on a thump thump on the table because those things just don't feed mayonnaise and mustard.
