DAY 1 Let's Talk about the salmon !!!! MY Goodness and rice ...The flavor, the tenderness and juices melt in your mouth .

DAY2 was the grilled chicken breast and rice !!!!when I say this brother Willie Parker and his staff was truly on point.And get this the extra touch because I was inside for 12 hrs of prayer .Brother and crew saved my plate .

1.1st Class service 2.The friendly service from staff , they were just kind and loving * rare * but the experience and encounter was heart warming. 3.Price affordable with all the spices attached . 4.The owners husband and wife worked so well together and they both were so kind. 5.I don't live in Chicago and contacted him Via FB to put my order in because I was stalking this brother bar-b-cue 6.When I say clean the truck was clean. 7.Get this he travels and catering as well.

Sidebar!!! Now they have to figure out how to get the cue in the Sip !!!!

The food, service, and responsiveness of Willie P's BBQ and Catering were outstanding for my husband's birthday party. We tried the ribs and bbq sauce at the Taste of Matteson and my husband loved it which was surprising. He is picky and grills all the time but was impressed. They seemed like really nice peoples so we placed an order for my husband's birthday gathering. He always cooks his own ribs, but we ordered and had delivered to our home, the ribs, chicken wings, and cold slaw. The delivery came about 10 minutes early, which was very nice. The ribs were great. We had not tasted the chicken wings and took a chance and ordered them, because Willie P's said they were grilled and smoked to perfection. I thought that was nice advertisement, but they were right! Willie P is the Goat of barbecue, customer service and the pleasant professional atmosphere that he and his family provide. My favorite dish is the Turkey Legs. It is slow cooked as to where the meat melts off the bone. I ate it with a plastic fork with a white shirt on. After I ate it a threw my smoker and grill in the trash.
