My mother has been here a million times and said she loved the deep fried mushrooms. Food was great but the waitress was horrid. She took our drink orders and appitizier orders, we waited and waited. About 15 minutes later she brings out the tea and lemonade. No water, no cokes... the pop machine wasn't fully set up. 10 minutes later we got all our drinks and appetizers. Our drinks were gone in like 10 minutes, our waitress is walking around talking to these men and goes back to to kitchen. She never bothered to ask us for refills. My 60 year old father had to go to the front to get his drink, I gave up on the waitress and went up to the bar to get a refill. It had been about 20 minutes, the bar lady said I can't I have to get ready to leave. She was talking to our waitress and she didn't understand how to split the bill of the multiple men at the table besides us. Food came out, it was great but she served separately which seemed weird. My mother got frustrated and asked for a refill, we finally get our refill but she "forgets" to put ice in my mothers drink. In all, the food was wonderful and the waitress seemed new but a good waitress is the key to a good meal. Maybe I'll come back again but this made a horrible...

We came on a Saturday night around 9pm, it was pretty busy, so it was understandable that the table we found was messy. We sat there for 30 minutes till we decided to go to the bar to order food and drinks since we haven't seen our waitress. Took us while to get the bartenders attention to place an order but she was busy and the only one back there so that's understandable.. By the time we got our food, the waitress came and cleared off the table and took all the condiments so we had to finish our dinner with no ketchup or anything.. He had a large prim rib and I had the chicken sandwich. My fries came out cold and the sandwich, which came out not what I expected at all and overall it lacked flavor. The menu didn't say anything about the sandwich being shredded chicken, but i would probably order it again but add some kind of sauce to give it some flavor. His prim rib was mediocre. During our wait, I've noticed that bartenders and the waitresses tend ignore customers they aren't familiar with... Other then that, our visit wasn't bad. The dj played good songs, the atmosphere was good, the place is beautifully decorated, and the customers seemed to...

Stopped here while traveling North to Mackinac Island. Waited ten minutes at the bar before even being acknowledged. It took at least 25 minutes to get our TASTELESS and crumbly blooming onion appetizer (enough time for my boyfriend and I to name all fifty states off the tops of our heads). Another 30 (not exaggerating) to get our food. The bbq brisket "sub" was hardly enough food to be worth $9, I can get a bigger, better tasting sub for $5 at subway. My Cancun Avacodo wrap had no flavor to it aside from the overwhelming taste of sunflower seeds from the chorizo rice. Couldn't eat more than a quarter of it. I literally had to take my glass of ice TO THE BATHROOM to fill it up with water since my bartender, who was right in front of me, couldn't be bothered to refill it for me after forty minutes of waiting. The wait was awful, the service was awful, and the food was (you guess it!) awful. I've never written a bad review before, but felt it was my duty as a highway restaurant enthusiast to warn future travelers NOT TO COME HERE.

Oh, but at least it was...

We stopped by after hitting trails all day on our side by side. We wanted to have a drink and an appetizer so went with their loaded tots. These were really really good. Tots were cooked perfectly, nice and crispy but not over cooked. I was a little disappointed by the portion size. We sat at the bar and the service was good. Overall vibe of the place seemed okay but also a little confusing. One part of the place looks like a normal restaurant while the other part had beer pong set up. I don't mind the set up; sharing for others who may want to know.

Had a horrible experience the first time but we tried it again thinking maybe the kitchen and staff were just having a bad day...Well same experience. Food is not good at all, servers are nice, if you want to wait an hour for food this is the place to go. Kitchen is super slow. Everything thing seems very outdated, booths are falling apart and just not a very clean feel when you walk in. Super dark inside as well. A makeover is much needed here

Can't love it more. Went in on a Saturday afternoon, with lots of snow on the ground so tons of Sleds in the lot, got a table quickly and our server was SLAMMED. Probably had 25 customers under her care and she was patient, energetic and friendly. We all had meals served promptly and it was all delicious. Prices were great, food was delicious, service outstanding. Keep it up!
