Actually had a second date here. She is from Cleveland and Im from Akron (she must like hillbillies because we are still together) and this place was half way. Classic middle America bar which is exactly what we wanted while watching the Browns game! Bartenders were super nice and the food was classic fried bar food but good! The only thing was a guy next to us literally shouting and calling Browns players the “N” word (think “run N word run”) and I mean shouting it! First off I know it’s Richfield but dude it’s 2024 and the staff did nothing to correct him or ask him to stop which tells me he’s a regular and this is par for the course. Jackie is the bomb!!!! She goes above and beyond for her customers/friends when there, but in honesty if it wasn't for Jackie we probably wouldn't go back there thou as they do have 1 bar tender that we have experienced that is the definition of worst bar tender ever, my mop wet has a better attitude than her!!! I've been going to the dugout for 30 years since I was a kid and it has gone down hill. I tried to place a carryout order over phone and after waiting on hold was told talked down to because I asked what wing sauces they had and I was told they were very busy as if was putting her out. She then told me it would be 45 minutes and when i said I would have to cancel because I didn't have time to wait she laughed and got condescending with me yet again.
