Frosty's Freezer and Pizzeria — Restaurant in Richland Township

The only reason I'm leaving five stars is because I can't leave six. I am a native New Yorker but was raised in the South, and have been consistently disappointed in Central Michigan's version of something they attempt to call "pizza". While I didn't come into Frosty's expecting traditional NY pizza, trust me... this is the best pizza I've found in the area! The crust has perfect density to hold the generous toppings while remaining flavorful by itself. It's not fluffy dough or too sweet; it's perfect. I had the Big Mac pizza, my husband had the Philly...both were delish!! Of course I had to try the friiied chikkin and let me tell you...all that's missing are a tall glass of sweet tea and the rocking chair. The atmosphere is very simple and staff was small and busy but don't let that fool or deter you--there's magic in the kitchen! We will be loyal customers for sure. It's worth the drive from surrounding large towns--come find me and let's give this small family business our biggest support... and get some ice...

It’s been long overdue that I give this amazing business a thorough review. We LOVE this place. They’re like family. Phenomenal food, great pricing, clean atmosphere. We love the pizza and the ice cream, it’s become our routine. We see this place more than any other restaurant in the area and they care enough to recognize heir customers and their favorite orders. I personally thought the food was delicious so I have to give credit where credit is due but thats as far as it goes. The owners are disrespectful and rude. I would not recommend going here. Swearing st employees and belittling people is not how you run a business. I'm all for starting your own small business and stuff but being straight up evil is not ok. I would not go here unless you want to hear arguing...
