Sandwich was good, a bit on the small portion side. When I went in, it was really busy, and there was nobody at the register. There were about 12 people waiting for their food. I finally ordered from an employee who seemed like she really wasn't happy. Not very friendly. I got a meal and asked for my cup while I waited. She snapped at me and said, "You don't get a cup?" I said I just ordered a meal with a drink and a cookie. She begrudgingly gave me a cup, but no cookie. It was confusing as to what was going on with so many people waiting. It took 16 minutes to get my sammich. If anything, I'd pre-order from this place and pick it up. Ordering there when it's busy wasn't a pleasant experience. The sub shop was nice and clean. The employees at the counter were nice and took our order answering any questions we had. We order two sandwiches for about $12 each. A steak and cheese with no mustard on white bread and a New York steamer no mayo on wheat bread. A few minutes later the order was ready. The bag had mayo in it and just looked a bit messy. Went to this specific location a couple weeks back and only went there like 3 or 4 times and one of the times my order was wrong. I didnt find out until I was on my way home. I had been to the Kennewick location before and I thought this Richland location was gonna be the same service wise. But no, they still have a lot to improve on with customer service. I would not recommend this location. I would better recommend the Kennewick location. That's why I stopped going to this one, and will be going only to the Kennewick one.
