Had the pleasure of meeting the rudest staff member ever this morning! Really gave my morning a JOLT! Who needs coffee when you can get your heart rate up just being threatened to a call to the police over asking for the name of the person who is big and bad speaking to you through the drive thru speaker but runs and hides in the back when you come in the store on the phone with Dunkin customer service!
All I wanted was to surprise my family with Dunkin on a Sunday morning…all 3 drinks tasted like strait water. The hot chocolate wasn’t mixed at all and when I drove all the way back, the response was ‘so do you like want us to remake them?’ No apology, attitude and ugly stares the whole time she remade our drinks. Refused to take back the first round of ‘drinks’ (which I only brought back as an honest person who wasn’t trying to double dip) made my 10 year old get out of the car and walk around the building where there was an over flowing trash can she was supposed to throw these cups I guess…. Horrid experience this employee needs to learn what customer service is! Waiting on a call from the owner so I guess we’ll see

Read moreI tend to stop at this Dunkin’ Donuts on my way to Lancaster, Pennsylvania, because it’s conveniently located just off the highway near Route 222/Kutztown. It’s an easy stop to jump off and back on the road. However, my experience with this location has been a bit mixed, leading to my four-star review for the atmosphere.
While the location itself is convenient, one major issue stands out during the summer months: the farm directly across the street. The farm, which was obviously there long before the Dunkin’ was built, releases a strong odor on hot days. Unfortunately, this can make the drive-through experience unpleasant. There have been times when the smell was so overwhelming that my family and I decided to skip this location altogether and head to another one further down the road.
While I’m used to farm life, I can see how this could catch others off guard—especially those stopping by for a quick coffee who might not expect such a sour odor in the air. It’s a factor I’m sure the developers didn’t anticipate when choosing the location, but it’s something that impacts the overall experience and might even affect sales.

Read moreI have gone to this store every weekday for the past year. I always order the same thing. The past 12 weeks have been horrible. I have had the wrong order on many occasions, their wait times are 15 mins in drive thru most days, and they have consistently been out of product. I have been patient and understanding until this morning. I ordered my usual sandwich and SURPRISE they were out of the bread. I take a breath and order something else. Then I ask for a bottle of water and was told they were out of that as well. My patience was gone. I said you’ve got to freaking be kidding me. The lady taking my order informed me she was the assistant manager and I responded that I didn’t care who she was. They need to get their stuff together. At that point she said she can refuse me service. WHAT SERVICE?!?! You are out of product daily!!! At that point she told me to leave.
