Casper's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Richmond

I recently purchased Fat Boy sundae Cherry Cordial which was absolutely out of this world. This week I went back to the grocery store to purchase another couple of boxes of the cherry cordial sundae and they were out and only had the vanilla with a pretzel coating, ugh. I asked the store manager if he could order more. I received a call the next day from the manager and he indicated that the cherry cordial had been discontinued. I was saddened to see that such a wonderful product had been discontinued. I had told my friends and family about this wonderful product and they had also gone out and purchased it. What does it take to bring this wonderful product back. Don't do this to customers you lure them in with a wonderful product and then immediately discontinue it. So sad! I do hope that you will reconsider bringing back this absolutely delicious product. Vanilla is great, but boring and the frozen food section is full of vanilla ice cream bars, but you were creative and took it a step further by introducing strawberry and cordial cherry ice cream bars. This is a place off the beaten path where you can go to get ice cream, they are the manufacturer of Fat Boy products. You can get "seconds" or over runs at a discount here. I believe that they are worth the detour with a bargain price for their products compared to places like Dairy Queen.

We came in for a treat and I had a cherry 🍒 chocolate 🍫 shake. There were only a few cherries at the bottom, which was disappointing but it was delicious.

My sweet wife had a soda, sprite with ice cream mixed in. She loved it!

We paid less than $10 for 2 large size which I much less than an ice cream shop and the quality of the ice cream is far superior.

We ordered 2 boxes of their peppermint Fat Boy's bars to take with us. Sadly, they forgot to give them to us and we didn't remember them until we were almost home. We called and they sat them aside for us. We had to drive back the next day to pick them up. They were very yummy.

The staff is usually very friendly here. The service is slow so don't go if you're in a hurry, but if you have the time, youre patience will be rewarded.

I just heard about this place after going to Pepperidge Farms (3min away) in the middle of not much Richmond, Utah. The malt shoppe has a bunch of ice cream options at cheap prices to sit and enjoy inside. There is a drive-through as well. There are also plenty of defective products that the factory cannot ship out to grocery stores that the malt shoppe sells at reduced prices. You can get big boxes of fat boys for around $7, it's such a good deal! The ice cream is pretty creamy and they have some great flavors. I think I had the rootbeer float soft serve, elderberry, and raspberry. Very strong as well so you only need one scoop to satisfy your craving. We enjoyed our quick little visit and our fat boys stayed frozen really well in a cooler bag on our drive back to the Salt Lake area.
