Firehouse 15 Restaurant is located in Highland Park within a neighborhood. Parking is on the street and within the neighborhood. The building is an old firehouse. My mother and I went for Sunday Brunch. I ordered the Orange French Toast with cheddar cheese scrambled eggs and a side of turkey bacon. Mom had 2 pancakes, cheese grits, fried egg, and turkey bacon.
Let's talk about the orange french toast.😋😋 This is the FIRST time I have had french toast that was so moist and flavorful that I didn't need butter or syrup. The aroma greeted me before my plate touched the table. I cut into the toast with my fork and the first bite almost had me in tears 🥹 because it was sooooo damn good. I wanted to kiss the chef but that would've been too much😅. 10 out of 10 recommend.
Griiiiiits... I am not a huge fan of grits, but I said hmm let me try them anyway- Creamy, cheesy and full of flavor. My oh my were they tasty. My only issue was I couldn't get more french toast because I arrived too close to closing😬. I will be back to try...

Decided to take a chance, and so glad we did! The service was awesome and the food was delicious.
I got the fried wings & orange French toast 😋 my hubs got the wings & fries.
The orange French toast was soooo good. Light, fluffy, and packed with flavor! The wings were meaty but still had the right amount of crunch.
Def recommend to anyone looking for some...
Read moreMy employer sponsored a cooking class which was such a neat adventure. This place has great promise. I love the idea of converting a firehouse into a restaurant. The owner is lovely and very talented but it needs some cleaning up (especially outside). I will support because it's such a great idea, definitely will be back for dinner...
