This is the most local McDonalds for me, I’ve started eating McDonalds rarely to never. That’s a good thing, but for the McDonald’s company I suppose it isn’t.
The only time the food is good is when higher management is in. You’ll know because every staff member sounds like a robot. I’ve been going since 2013 and every burger bun, every piece of meat, every nugget, every french fry, has the consistency of something that’s been kicked under the fryer and has been forgotten about.
The sandwich sauces are on both buns every time. The nugget sauces aren’t there for the majority of the time. I worked at this location, the whole reason I stopped getting ice is because of this location. I never saw them clean the ice machine.
I once adopted a rescue dog. I went through the drive thru and ordered a kid’s cone. Despite the money I was spending on this food that was not fresh or desirable, you guys insisted on seeing who the kid’s cone was for. When you didn’t see a human child, you threw the cone away in front of me even though I offered to pay for a full size cone.
They will pull you forward. It will take 15 minutes to get your food, but it’ll somehow still be stale. They do this to look better for the company metrics, they’ll click a button to show the order interaction has ended despite you waiting in the parking lot for however long. As far as McDonald’s knows, you’ve been served fresh food and are on the way to enjoy it. You’ll still be sitting in the parking spot staring at U-Haul trucks.
I’ll recommend you check your bag for sauces, straws, and all your items because they’ll still forget them despite the time you’ve been waiting.
Your chicken nuggets eat like packing peanuts, your burgers taste worse than Banquet, and I’d rather drink well water than your soft drinks.
Good interior based on the company mandated interior I guess?
For the price of the food, go enjoy a dine in meal. There are plenty of local small businesses that will leave you with a much more satisfying meal for...
Read moreWe ordered two strawberry pies. In the past we have had a lot of problems with these either being old or not good at all. When pulling up to get our order the Manager Said to employee to "make sure they get the new pies because if they are past time he won't accept them. I received my order pulled forward to check the order and noticed the pies were cold. As in ice cold and partially frozen. I got out of my car, went inside and asked for a replacement. The Manager, Ashley, asked an employee if he had started cooking the new ones. He said yes, 6. She then took my two, walked to the back opened them in plain view stuck her finger in one, noticed it was still ice cold, put them in the microwave and then returned them to me. Now another customer also saw this and commented on this. The manager, was handling money then sticking her fingers in my food then reheating in a microwave. I then asked if she had done this she said no. which we clearly watched. Then i asked for a refund and the Name of the General Manager. which she gave me the money and asked us not to ever return. again we asked for the Managers name, and was asked to leave with...
Read moreThis is a change to my original review. Tonight on 2/22 around 7pm I placed an online order for curbside pickup. Food brought out and they mess up my order (not the 1st time). I now have to go in and get them to fix it. I hear the cook call out my fixed sandwich and I still have to stand there for 5 minutes.
While STILL waiting the "manager" on duty comes over to another customer and asks him if he is recording him on his phone. Customer yells him no and he is watching the game on his phone. Manager demands that he show him his phone and threatens to kick him out saying recording is not allowed.
I then pipe in and tell this lousy excuse of a manager that he needs to calm down. He then comes at me asking if I am telling him to calm down. I say yes then he starts treating to kick me out.
This so called manager had MAJOR authoritarian issues and should NOT be in any form of customer service.
All the other employees were totally fine. The manager on duty is the only one starting things with customers and then threatening to throw...
