Subway — Restaurant in Richmond

Dude acted pissed cuz he and the other guy where on their phones out side and he had to get off his to make our sandwiches and he literally just slapped the sandwiches together all the steak was on one side of my foot long and I asked for Italian bread and got home it was just white bread that was old and tough and when I asked to have it toasted he acted like that was such an inconvenience and when it came out the toaster it wasn't close to being toasted and got home and the napkins was totally wadded up in the bag. Also he threw a fit about the coupons I brought. This was my first time in that location and will be my last. So I suggest anyone who reads this save your time and go elsewhere. Btw this happened Monday July 15th at about 3pm. I was going to let it go until the other day when I stopped to get gas and they was out on their phone and laughing and heard them say something and I could make out customer and they was laughing and I thought yep I'ma post my experience cause these 2 need fired ASAP!!!

NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THIS SUBWAY & I LIVE ACROSS STREET FROM THEM. I WILL DRIVE AN HOUR TO ANOTHER SUBWAY BEFORE I EAT THERE AGAIN!

RUDEST, CHEAPEST PEOPLE EVER. I ORDERED NACHOES TO GO. AND THE LADY REFUSED TO PUT HARDLY ANY SPRINKLE CHEESE ON THEM. THEN I WANTED TO REMOVE THE JALAPENOS AND REPLACE WITH BANANA PEPPERS. THEY WERE RUDE AND REFUSED TO ALTER THE NACHOES....EVEN GOING SO FAR AS TO CALL THE BOSS AND HAND PHONE TO ME!!!

THATS NOT FIRST TIME THEY HAVE BEEN RUDE AND CHEAP ON PUTTING ITEMS ON NACHOES OR SUBS.

I recently visited and I must say it was a delightful experience. The staffs friendly service stood out, especially the manager, who tackled an issue I was having. Not only did they address my concern promptly, but they did it all with a warm smile! The stand out was definitely their exemplary service and positive attitude. It left a lasting impression.
