Only open Saturdays and only afternoons. Friends took us to this place in the hills side of Puerto Rico in Rincon.. Beautiful view of the sea. The food was delicious. We have been visiting Puerto Rico for four years. This is one of THE BEST restaurants we have gone to here. We have been to numerous places in Puerto Rico to eat. The pork was delicious! The entire pig was cooked right there in these gas ovens! The Ensalada De Pulpo, (octopus salad), was delicious! The Arroz Mamposteado Gran, (a wonderful rice mixture) was also tasty. What a beautiful view! You get forest and ocean at the horizon. You will have some of the most flavorful "lechon" on this island and any other. Plus, if you go to the back, the chef will give you some of the crunchiest "cuerito" you'll ever get. The sides were great, and the people taking your order were very, very kind. Gorgeous restaurant on top of a tall mountain with some amazing views of the vegetation and ocean in the background. On a clear day you can see clearly the island of Mona off in the ocean. This place serves some great typical food like Arroz con Gandules, Pasteles, Lechon Asado, and other typical Puerto Rican cuisine staples.
