This location should be more familiar to the residents of Rio Grande City, as opposed to visitors to the city. It sits in a residential area between W. Eisenhower RD and N. Charco Blanco RD. It's just over a mile northward from U.S. Hwy 83.
The order of 5 Tacos Piratitas with fajita looked very appealing in its presentation, but the meat lacked flavor and spices. The chips and salsa had to come to the rescue. The Plato de Milanesa was very decent, but the flavor of the rice needed help. Sodas and certain brands of beer are available with your meal too.
Getting seated, placing your order and the wait until the food was ready were appropriate, no long lines or long wait times. The wait staff were friendly and courteous. The trouble came when trying to pay. It took about 15 minutes before one of the staff members was free to accept my payment. (Cash or credit cards are accepted.)
Negatives: 1. Expect the bell (to be ding-donging) as a vehicle arrives with its driver to place and/or pick up a food order. The order & pick up window is directly behind the cashier's area. 2. The ladies' bathroom toilet tank did not refill with water. One needs to remove the tank cover and hold the plunger down until the tank refills; then you can flush it. 3. We spotted several roaches on the floor. You may spot more if you look elsewhere. Other reviewers reported similar experiences. (You won't or may not notice the roaches if you use the drive-thru service window.)

Desventajas: 1. Espere escuchar el timbre (sonando) cuando llega un vehículo con su conductor para hacer o recoger un pedido de comida. La ventanilla de pedidos y recogidas está justo detrás de la cajera. 2. El tanque del inodoro del baño de mujeres no se llenó de agua. Hay que quitar la tapa del tanque y mantener presionado el desatascador hasta que se llene; luego, se puede tirar de la cadena. 3. Vimos varias cucarachas en el suelo.
