Giovanni's Pizza — Restaurant in Ripley

Very disappointed with this visit ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a order of wings We live about 15 minutes away when we got home and opened the pizza we seen it only had one piece of pepperoni per slice we even checked under the cheese the pepperoni was placed where it could be seen right where the outside crust and cheese meet I called the restaurant and spoke to an employee told him what we had ordered and also told him I wasn’t calling for my money back but wanted to tell them what we had order and what we had got. His response I would need proof of that which I told him again a didn’t want my money back just wanted to inform them of what we had been given and it wasn’t what we ordered Probably are last time there at least when I ordered a pepperoni pizza from somewhere else it has...

Service was terrible. The server must have been confused about our appetizer order. We ordered the combo but asked for 2 sauces. She eventually brought us a plate of wings with the 2 sauces we asked for. Still no drinks or plates to eat the wings. We reminded her that we ordered the combo. Long story short, we eventually got what we ordered, but then we were charged for the extra wings we didn't order. She told us she packaged it as a 2 for 27 but we didn't even order it. She left to get the manager, whom we didn't ask for and then returned alone saying she gave us her $4 discount. Never...

We've had Giovanni's dozens of times, the service is usually not that great and there's almost always a problem with our order even though we order the exact same thing every time. It's not very cheap, but always comes out like a reheated mess. Never has the calzones or pizzas been crispy, even when specifically ordering crispy thin crust. They flop around like wet noodles, and require a full set of silverware or you're gonna wear it. But hey, the delivery drivers are nice and the food shows up...
