Subway — Restaurant in Ripley

Ordered door dash from here and the order was stolen by the dasher. I said okay not their fault and ordered another one. The guy working REFUSED to make the order I paid a SECOND time for! He was rude as hell to the new dasher and rude as hell to me on the phone and hung up on me! He is a dark haired older man. Sad because I go here all the time and they are refusing because of SOMEONE ELSE'S mistake?! This guy doesn't need to be working there if that's how he's going to treat customers! Why did he not check the name of the dasher before letting them take the order? I'm extremely unhappy with the way I was treated. I'm pregnant and paid TWO TIMES for food I never received just to be treated so poorly from someone who works there and should be trying to make it right. I worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years and I NEVER treated ANYONE that bad. Just pathetic and who knows how many people he turns away from that store. Great food and the service was extraordinary. The lady working seemed like she actually cared about her customers, was polite and very helpful. Its people like her that take pride in everything they do that makes going out to eat worth it. But trult exceptional service and a nice menue with fully customizable sandwiches. Steak, chicken , meetball, bacon and all the greats toasted. Expect to spend about 20$ for 2 x 6 inch subs and a couple drinks. 6.99 for 6" 10.99 for a 12inch and a 12inch with double meat for 13.99. Extremely disrespectful female, elderly employee removed all my veggies (lettuce and cucumber) from my sub and canceled the doordash delivery. I walked to the restaurant to find the door locked before 9pm (their closing time) and the insulting, offensive and completely unprofessional female elderly employee had the order sitting on the pickup shelf. She had the receipt ready when I returned to request a full refund for my sub.
