I've ordered from here for years and usually never had a problem. With new staff and almost no staff this place is horrible. I have ordered and gotten the wrong food...only to be yelled at by the waitress telling me that's what I ordered. I just got food giving them another chance...only to not have fries in my order. I literally ordered fries with everything I had. I am pregnant and really wanted my chili cheese fries. I feel bad even giving this review. The waitress with the glasses and blonde hair she is the most rude obnoxious person who I made so many complaints that. I just choose not to go there anymore. The young man or woman that cooks there omg is so nasty me and my daughter was sitting at the counter we order a salad and I order a chilldog for my husband and order a ham taxes toast the man was making the salad he DROP THE LETTUCE AND PICK IT UP AND PUT IT ON MY PLATE. The waitstaff had a great attitude and the food was hot. My only gripe is that the portions were so small. I felt as if they were being stingy. Maybe I've been too spoiled by other coney Island but my suspicions (of why my carry-out felt so light) were confirmed once I opened the box.
