Was the worst service that I have had in years at any restaurant. Place was empty at the time we had a reservation and were made to wait to “get the table ready” as walk-ins after us sat immediately with same size party. Watched multiple tables sat after us get food and drinks while server concentrated on large party completely ignoring us. It took 15 minutes for her to take our order, which we put in all at once thinking it would give her a break, another 10 minutes for the incomplete drink order to drop and another 10 for the missing kids drink.

The appetizers came out cold and had clearly been sitting in the window waiting for a kids pizza to finish. Despite the food order being taken at the same time, another 40 minutes passed for the dinner pizza and chicken parm to drop, which was also cold. It then took another 20 minutes and several asks to track down a drink that was ordered during the dinner wait, which I had to flag down while she was on the 6th visit to the large party or wouldn’t have had a chance to order.

Not sure why they would triple sit this server with a large party already, but at least make a table visit instead of pretending we weren’t there or sent a manager over. This is all restaurant basics. No acknowledgement of the lack of service except for a food runner and busser who apologized for being completely ignored while waitstaff catered to a large party which is why any tip was left at all. Disappointing because food was good, had it been hot, but plenty of other places to spend money and treated fairly.

Update: these dummies threw all the leftover pizza slices on top of one another ruining a reheat. Don’t let them...

For a brand new place, they did an amazing job. The place is absolutely beautiful. They totally brightened it up. A must needed change from the last few places. Staff was pretty on point for just being a few weeks old, the owners are amazing.. I’m a tough critic. When I go out and I spend my money, I want it to be worth it. .

I worked in the restaurant industry when I was in my 20’s, and the owner ERIC was running food and checking on tables while simultaneously dealing with problems which is amazing to see from an owner who really cares. . Yet still had the time to stop at my table, crack a joke, and make sure everything was all right. he has a fantastic vibe/energy about him. Moving onto the food, we got the finger prosciutto pizza, which is totally unique and was incredible. The dry rub wings were also equivalently good. I must know what seasoning they use on them đŸ€€. We over ordered, but our two entrĂ©es were fantastic. The pasta Alla Chicken Milanese, and the traditional Chicken Parm. You can tell the chicken Parm is made with fresh mozzarella and not sliced and it was absolutely fantastic. My wife’s Chicken Alla Milanese with almost like a vodka sauce with pasta over the top. With a piece of buratta and a hot honey drizzle was out of this world.

A Bergen County must try. With a full bar, and great cocktails. You really can’t go wrong. Pricing was on the low end as well....

I really hate to write bad reviews but I need to be honest. This restaurant was a glorified pizzeria with 5-star restaurant prices! The quality of the food was good but certainly not worth the price. Servings were not large but the prices were. Pasta dishes $30.+! Also, would it kill them to put some bread on the table?? They have the ovens right there. Even the corner pizzeria gives you bread with the pasta you order. Service was terrible. We had a lovey waitress but it was obviously her 1st day on the job. We waited 45 minutes for our Caesar salad appetizer! When I enquired about it she said; "Oh its probably coming soon." NOT I'll go check. Then after it finally came, 2 minutes later so did our entre'! They desperately need a manager/hostess that knows what they are doing. The wait staff should have sections not alternating tables. They were tripping over each other. The hardest worker in the place was the young man who brought the food to the table. They need to get him some help and more experienced waiters/waitresses. I hope they get their act together and either increase the portions or...

This is definitely the best pizzeria in Westwood area. Not only the Neapolitan-style pizzas have an amazing crust and are way more loaded than the original Italian counterparts, the salads and sides are a few steps above any pizzeria around here and not an afterthought - can def recommend the chopped salad and sausage palermo (if you just want protein with a lot of spicy peppers). And the sandwiches can be divine - I can vouch for Nashville chicken sandwich, as it’s rare to get a non-overcooked, breaded chicken breast around here. In my opinion, this place is prolly one of the best in terms of value for money. I have to restrain myself all the time to not eat pizza crust/finish entire pizza by myself. I failed today, so I only took the photo of Margherita (with extra cherry peppers) after half of it was gone. The staff is also very responsive to requests, in case you want to change some things around. Honestly, my only complaint is the portions can be too big for one person😅and that it can be really busy on weekends.

Napoletano’s is quickly because my new favorite restaurant. The food is delicious to the point where it was hard to get picture of it without it being half eaten, the service has always been amazing (in both dining in and taking out), and the prices are reasonable! We love the mussels and margherita pizza. The pizza sauce is seriously the best i’ve ever had and the crust is divine. The restaurant itself is also beautiful and whenever the time comes, I’d definitely host a private event there!

We had dinner here for the first time tonight & LOVED it. First of all, I had the best drink I’ve had in a long long time. It’s called “Italian Cream Soda” & it was delish! I had pizza & my date had the Chicken Milanese Salad. Both were awesome. Our server, Jackie could not have been nicer too! Great service! We had the CrĂšme BrĂ»lĂ©e Cheesecake for dessert. So so good!!!! Highly recommend trying this lovely local gem. You will not be disappointed!
