Burrito King — Restaurant in Riverside

Tried to call in an order for the Office, rude customer service; They need to update the menu online because they are offering items they claim they refuse to make. I understand COVID has short staffed places, but this was a catering order that honestly could have been done; they had a 2 hr lead time. It was the unprofessionalism and denial of service. I heard their food was amazing, but I won't try for a long time now due to this experience. Taqueria Mixteca still is good enough for me

In response to: I believe there is a menu, from your website that mentions bowls. It says BURRITO BOWLS. if you cannot simply accommodate those bowls and make them vegetarian, then I don’t know what to tell you. Not sure you all have much control over that, but it did say that. New favorite Mexican restaurant! Authentic, delicious, fast! I had a 1lb steak-asada burrito and the meat was fantastic and very well seasoned. The hot salsa was delicious and complimented the food very well. Will definitely be making this my go to place for Mexican! It's a small place with a drive through and indoor/outdoor seating. Staff super friendly also!

Customer service 5/5 ⭐ I hate to give this review but I'm here to help. My husband and I ordered the steak asada burritos with rice and beans on the side. Burritos and rice both were bland, no taste at all. We also ordered the birria tacos to split and it was alright. Very disappointing. We always try a place twice...so we'll check back again in a year. I gave a 3-star, because customer service and food presentation...
