The only reason why I'm rating this establishment 2 stars is mainly because of the cold fries we were given. This is the second time we we're given COLD FRIES!!!!!!!! We had to warm them up (for the second time) 😏😏😏😏😏😏😏 Now I have worked in fast food for a few years and can tell you this.... "If a fast food establishment knowingly serves cold fries in California, (knowingly) we feel like it's intentional ... at this point being that it happened twice and it's proven that the food is adulterated, tainted, spoiled, or otherwise unwholesome or unfit to be eaten, the establishment or individuals responsible could potentially face misdemeanor charges under California Penal Code § 383. This section states that such an action is punishable by a fine not exceeding $1,000, imprisonment in county jail for up to six months, or both. Additionally, the court may require the responsible party to cover inspection and analysis expenses up to $1,000. It's important to note that proving cold fries fall under the "unwholesome or unfit to be eaten" category might be challenging. Typically, serving food at an incorrect temperature, while potentially disappointing for the customer, might not automatically equate to a criminal offense unless there's a demonstrable health risk associated with it. If the issue is primarily about the quality of the food and not a health hazard, customers have other options besides pursuing criminal charges:" I'll leave it at that.....

Excellent coffee, great environment! PRO-TIP: Mornings, when they first open are better if you like it quieter.
