It really doesn't even deserve one star. I have been visiting here on and off for eight years but not often, due to always having a longer than average wait and not being the cleanest place to eat, even when theres only a few customers inside or coming through the drive through. The fryer grease is always burnt and makes the fries and fryer items taste bitter and burnt. Im pretty sure it's the management which has changed through the years but is still inadequate. I do not know who the manager is or ever was, so this is not a personal attack.
The other fast food burger place in town has fast friendly service and is clean inside with normal waiting time even when they are busy.
Upon our last visit we were headed out camping and planned on getting dinner here. The fryer grease was burnt and bitter which made the fries taste nasty. This was not the first time this has happened either. Inside the building was smokey and stunk of burnt grease. It made my eyes water. I think they were having trouble with the exhaust fans or something. There is always many flies throughout the restaurant and plain and simple it's not very clean either, as in things wiped down, including pop machine area, tables, door handles. The floors need a good scrub as well, meaning theres dirt and grease gunk built up around table and booth legs, also the edges of the floors where they meet the walls and counter bottoms. Read moreWas horrid! First time I was told to move my car and wait, with no one behind me. Watched two others park and wait. I dislike going inside with a passion. When the second car was given food and the guy who took my order looked over at me then walked inside.... I followed in an other employee and waited at the counter. He asked if he could help. Told him I had been forgotten outside for 25 minutes. The guy at drive thru who saw me still waiting outside turned his back on me and ignored me. I do not like the disregard and disrespect that shows. The second employee I encountered apologied for the wait. He offered to upgrade from a 4 pack to an 8 pack mozzarella sticks. See why would there be that kind of wait??? He had cook make it.... got to my car, sticks were hard overcooked like they had reheated them. I understand they don't have the staff they think they need. But lies there were at least five there, when I walked in. So anyway this was the worst service. I've been there when the lines we to the street and yes they were crazy busy. Joe was at the drive thru that day. The attentiveness, empathy, and respect he had that day was wasted with the crew of today. Thank you Joe, honestly his attitude was the only reason I would return to this store. Read moreFirst all, the wait time for the person to take our order was way to long. Went to leave then "he" finally came over, didn't apologize for having us wait that long. (No not busy at all.) Took forever to get our order out, the pop machine was completely out of ice and most of all sodas, besides a few diets and or zero sugar. Had to pay the gas station for ice and to fill our drink cups up as well. Both of the chicken sandwiches were completely greasy and cold, the bacon on the one chicken sandwich completely UNDERCOOKED AND RAW in some spots, bun on the Other chicken and whopper were hard as a rock. WAY TO HOT, NO FAN OR AIR CONDITIONS. The "manager" looks very unprofessional can hardly hear him speak to you.
