I do not think the New China knows the difference between Mongolian Beef, Sa Cha Beef Szechuan Beef or Beef with garlic sauce. I have tried all four in hopes one would be remotely close to the Mongolian Beef I have ordered and eaten at two other places in Springfield. (Hunan Express and Thai Basil)
Mongolian beef is supposed to be primarily beef, green and white onions and garlic in a garlic sauce served over the crispy rice noodles along with steamed white rice.
New China loads up their version with broccoli, green peppers, white onions, mushrooms and snow peas so I cannot tell or taste the difference between the 4 different I have ordered… the only difference seems to be the name listed on the receipt. Will not try anything else there… as I prefer the old China to the New China.

And the vegetable fried rice wasn't even edible because the vegetables I'm not sure even saw heat. They were beyond chewable.
