Unfortunately the service and performance has dropped dramatically the last few months. Service is slow, staff has changed multiple times recently and not for the better. My wife and I would go at least once a week. Service was consistent and good delivered hot and fresh. Last month we have experienced continually bad service. Sometimes we get there when it is busy and somewhat understandable for slow service and delivery. But lately we are one of just two or theee parties in the restaurant and service slow. Today was probably my last time, have no plans to go back. 5 minutes for the gal to greet us and get drink orders. Placed orders, she did not write them down. 20 minutes later brings out the wrong salad from my order. Sent it back and did not reorder. My wife and son ate their sandwiches. She came back to offer free fries... no thanks.
Cook manager did not come out to apologies.
No WiFi, seems they are unable to run WiFi and juke box at same time, but need access to play songs. Cell coverage is terrible.
Many may not have issues, but over the last month I can not ignore it any longer. Taco Yolo has recently opened and service is outstanding, food is better and there is no access issues... so we will frequent that yolo and skip the Cherrys...

This way by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life.we sit down as a family of 5. The servers walk past us about a dozen times over approximately 25 minutes, before having to flag one down and ask for menus.
Before I get started I’d like to make it known that the restaurant was not packed, less then half the tables were full .
Another 15 minutes goes by before she returns and takes our order. Returns five minutes later to let us know that they are out of kids cheeseburgers.
Another approximately 30 minutes goes by before our food comes out. We did order starters, which only came out after we asked if they will be still coming out after we were serviced our main dishes. Also stated “the fired pickles were still in the fryer, there were a lot of wing orders”
Then asked for some silverware and the service then returned with 3 sets and said sorry we are running low.
How does an establishment get ran this way? Do they not believe in customer service? Do you not believe an adequate staff and training? Do they not believe in communication to...
Read moreI want to start by saying that I gave management at Cherrys, Fishhawk ample time, 4 months to be exact, to reply to my email with at least an acknowledgement of my concern, since my family and I have been long time patrons at this establishment. No response to my concern and lack of food quality deserves one star and we'll no longer be visiting this establishment. So when football season rolls around, this will no longer be the go to for wings. The problem... wings are consistently dry and overcooked AND they are putting hot food directly into styrofoam which melts the styrofoam onto the food, I've attached an image. (By the way, the onion rings were burnt and the fish sandwich was good, at least) We don't always have time to sit at the restaurant to eat so when we order food to-go, one can only hope the quality of the food wouldn't be...
