The Local Brew Company is a new LOCAL business with amazing coffee! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm smile. The sweet owners (an amazing family) take their time to share the fascinating story of how they came to have a robot making coffee.

For us, the morning coffee lovers, bookworms, and remote workers, this is the perfect spot for a relaxing morning getaway. The process is a delight: you order your coffee, watch in excitement (or sit back and relax), patiently wait, and once the robot is finished, you can just sit back and enjoy a delicious coffee (or Tea)!

Ever had a ROBOT make your coffee? 🤔😁🤖 I did, and it was DELICIOUS! We have a brand new place that just opened up right here in Sun City Center, called the "Local Brew Company," and it's worth checking out. So far, they only serve brewed coffee, but very soon they're adding small batch microbrewed BEER as well! Hence, the name. They're located at 1050 Cypress Village Blvd in Ruskin, and they're only open from 8-3 everyday except Sunday (closed). Those hours will change when they start serving beer. Coffee was delicious. Definitely specialty grade coffee, I was impressed. I recommend any coffee lover to try this place out, whether you're into specialty coffee or sweeter signature drinks you'll enjoy it.
