Chester's Chicken — Restaurant in Roanoke

They need to do something with that nasty assortment of old food that they serve. I thought there was a limit on the time that food could sit. I have never received fresh anything. It is always dried up and seems like it has sit all day long no mattér what I order.Exvept for one time when I received a raw chicken leg. When I took it back in they at first said there's no way it was raw. When I pulled the skin back and showed them the inside they said on let me get you another one. Of course I was over it and just wanted my money back they would not give it to me so I decided not to ever eat there again....

IDK how the food is but the morning cashier/manager (she said she was the manager) is rude and unprofessional. I called, asked for a price check, she hung up. When I called back she yelled at me and said the call was dropped. Yeah it was dropped when she pushed the button and hung up. That's a landline, not a cell phone. But it's ok. I took my business elsewhere like I will do...

The customer service is horrible. I also paid for two honey stung chicken and they were not done it tasted like rubber. They didn't offer to make it right. I even told then doesn't have to be my money back I would be happy with some potato wedges but they were not very helpful. So hope no one gets sick from there chicken and sues. I will never step foot in there...
