Hardee’s — Restaurant in Roanoke

Went to this location on a lunch break they were not busy whatsoever inside I waited 20+ minutes to get two wrong burgers Clifton the guy who I spoke with had the worst attitude. I have come across in the fast food business. He told me I had not been waiting that long and got a huge attitude I then waited longer two people behind me have left the store because of the wait and again no one was inside, but they were busting out the drive-through not worried about the customers inside. I did ask for a refund. He gave me a corporate number, but of course it was the wrong number. I had to look it up. I’ve got pictures of everything at this point I could tell he was upset he was shaking. He finally gave me a burger, but it was wrong went to my car came back in. Let him know. It was wrong. Got a huge attitude. He gave me another burger, and that one was wrong as well. At this point, I was done sat there picked off what I could not eat, and he proceeded to tell his other employees that I am lucky that he doesn’t catch me outside of work. I am calling corporate and I am demanding this kid be terminated horrible customer service could not get a refund and was late to getting back to work. Watch out for Clifton, huge attitude problem hothead is gonna cause this company a lawsuit. I will be contacting The general manager tomorrow morning and filing a complaint online with corporate since they are phones will not take voicemails very disappointed. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 15+ years never ever have I had this happen. This is stuff that happens on TV. This is my first time ever leaving a negative review anywhere. I would just like to be refunding my money...

The most amazing thing about this place was the employees. There were a couple of younger men working here when my sister and I stopped on our way back to PA from a vacation in NC and those guys were simply amazing! They were friendly and helpful, recommending certain items, since I had never eaten at a Hardee's before, and they continued to talk with me and keep me entertained while I waited for my food. These guys were truly great at customer service. It's been years since I've been anywhere that I felt like a valued customer and that someone actually cared about my experience there. Even once they found out I was simply passing through and it would be unlikely that I would return to this location, they still provided excellent customer service. I ordered chicken tenders and it's safe to say that they were probably the best chicken tenders that I ever tasted. Real, white meat chicken that actually looked like chicken and not some chicken patty by-product, which is unheard of these days. The breading was perfectly seasoned. I didn't really care for the dipping sauce but the chicken had such a great flavor that it really didn't need any dipping sauce. Came around 4pm and ordered 2 original bags. Couldn't see the signage for any specials in the drive thru, as it's located PAST the order box. Pulled around and saw three employees outside, smoking/vaping, ALL walk in and go back to work WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS. We were asked to please pull around. I didn't want to block the entire parking lot, so I pulled in a spot CLEARLY visible from the counter and drive thru area.... And proceeded to watch as the five cars behind me all got parked and got their food. After 15 minutes of waiting, my wife went inside, where she was completely ignored by the young girl at the counter, who walked past her to take food out, came back in and started talking to the people in the kitchen using profanity and foul language. Finally my wife asked if they were just ignoring customers today, to which the girl responded, "yeah if that's what you wanna call it. What did you want?" My wife proceeded to explain that we hadn't gotten our food, and they acted like she was lying.... And eventually admitted to giving out food to someone else; blaming me for parking in the wrong place. My wife proceeded to wait inside for another 15 minutes for our food, during which time she heard the young girl say, "we're waiting on fries and don't even have any...
