Aroma Joe’s — Restaurant in Rochester

Today, I had to wait about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was at the window, which is fine cause maybe they were doing something else, but there were no cars in front of me nor any in front of the store. The girl who greeted gave me a really ugly look before opening the window, I tried telling her my order which I had to repeat cause she couldn't hear me, but I would assume it was because the music seemed louder than normal. I told her my drinks, which got mixed up on sizes and what food I wanted which I watched her throw hard out back, because they need to be heated up. When I pulled up, I waited about another 5 minutes and it was the same girl who seem agitated still. I felt too uncomfortable at this point to correct her about my drinks being the wrong sizes then what I had said. I never have had an experience like that...

I was employed here for two years. I stopped in to grab a drink and needed to use the bathroom at the hut I use to work at and when I asked for the bathroom key I was told it was “out of order” by an old coworker, however, when I texted the manager I was told that it wasn’t out of order and last time I checked, it is illegal for a place that serves food to not have a bathroom. I’m really not impressed at what Aroma Joes has come to. They use to be known for their friendly out going service and now it’s like the people working really don’t care about the customers. That is the exact reason why I left. This has steered me away from wanting to get drinks from there anymore given the fact that employees are allowed to treat customers like that. I think the employees here do a good job but the problem with why it takes along time at this location in particular is because of their braindead clientele. Unfortunately due to it’s location the demographics consist mostly of people who order large amounts of food and multiple AJ’s Rush drinks which seems to take them forever to prepare. If you want a simple coffee order or a quick bite there’s other locations that can whip it out quicker. I do think the staff here does a really good job despite everything stacked...
