Drive thru was taking too long so I parked and went inside. People had already left the drive thru and just left because it was taking too long. I had an appointment to get to but gave myself 15 min to get a drink and something to eat. I waited a few min until I could get waited on, that’s fine. A simple order, a medium Lemonade and a coffee roll. I stood to the side waiting patiently. Three people who had come on behind me and gave more complicated orders were waited on and received their order and left before I finally spoke up. 3 women behind the counter said they were doing orders in the order they were coming in and that they were busy. If I hadn’t paid more for a lemonade than I do at other locations I would have just left without saying anything and never gone back, but this morning it is the principle that I spent $5.43 for a simple drink & a coffee roll and I really didn’t have time to stop anywhere else. I told all of them firmly that I can see you’re busy and I wouldn’t have said anything except everyone who came in after me already had their orders and were long gone and their orders were more complicated than mine so obviously you aren’t going in order. Did you lose my order. I think they had because I had to repeat my order twice before they gave me what I paid for. My daughter runs a Dunks and I also go to the Dunks in Epping, NH. Never had I been treated so poorly. The name on the receipt is Angela but I don’t know if that is the one who waited on me and treated me so poorly when I complained since I cannot say whether they sign in & out of the register or if only one person signed in and everyone rings on it. But I will tell everyone that reads this, I don’t do many reviews and definitely not bad reviews, but the fact that it is well known in my family to not go to that Dunks which is a very convenient one since it is right around the corner is sad. I will drive all the way to Epping, NH or Somersworth, NH if possible. Today it wasn’t possible unfortunately because of time constraints. Read moreI placed an online order today. When I went to pick it up I was informed that they cannot make food right now due to some issue with the coolers. They told me there was nothing they could do to provide the food, or a refund since a manager was not on duty. They have no control of the app so they had no way of informing me ahead of time, and they cannot refund me since I placed the order through the app. The app took money from me on account of your store. I should not have to take it up with the app. Your store is going to get my money whether you gave me my order or not. Your store should have contacted the app to cancel the order so you could provide me a refund. Obviously, I was annoyed with the situation. Not because of the food, but because of the complete lack of customer service. One of the guys working responded to that by telling me he legally cannot serve me the food right now. Well, it’s illegal to take my money and not provide me with the items I purchased. AND NOT OFFER ME A REFUND. They did not even try or suggest that they fulfill the portion of the order that was not hot food. They were going to let leave without a refund or a credit or anything. I suggested he give me a gift card and they were able to do that. I should not have been the one solving the issue. I am not at all mad I didn’t receive the food, but I am extremely mad about the complete lack of customer service in this situation. But 9 times out of 10, there’s usually a huge line and everyone is always ordering a billion things for their whole entire family. You guys have clearly never dealt with working in fast food before and it shows. Guess what? If you come when there’s a huge line… you’re going to need to wait more than 5 minutes! There’s no reason to act entitled and get so angry at the workers when they’re putting up with so much from customers and doing their best. It is never that serious. Some of you guys are getting furious over coffee and being rude to literal teenagers while they’re just trying to complete everybody’s orders. You all need to understand that you’re not the only ones who matter and the world does not revolve around you 24/7. I can guarantee you the workers aren’t just sitting around ignoring you, but that’s what some of you wanna act like. God forbid someone makes any mistake or takes any longer than 5 minutes.
